How Do You Exercise to Lose Weight Instead of Gaining Muscle?
I have a little bit of fat on my thighs and stomach and I want a flat stomach and thin thighs. The problem is whenever I exercise I build abs on my stomach instead of flattening it out. What kind of exercises would I have to do to lose weight instead of building muscle?

Lower your body fat by doing cardio

try crunches and leg lifts, also go running that what I do whenever I want to lose those extra pounds =]

its best to do cardio [excuse my spelling]
